customized package for your wedding based on the specific services you
desire. No matter how big or small your wedding is, we are here to help! We can assist in planning all aspects of your wedding from choosing a date to selecting a honeymoon destination or just assisting with the rehearsal and day-of coordination. Working with you and other industry professionals, we can insure your wedding will be stylish, stunning, and nothing short of spectacular!

- Unlimited advisement via e-mail beginning at the initial consultation through your wedding day
- Creation of a customized task list
- Assistance with wedding budget and expenses
- Unlimited vendor referrals in all categories
- Preparation of engagement announcements and/or Save the Date cards
- Assistance with choosing reception venue
- Assistance with meeting and choosing vendors
- Act as a liaison between the couple and the vendors to ensure your contracted services are met
- Remind bride and groom of upcoming payments
- Accompaniment to venue and vendor appointments
- Attendance at menu tasting with caterer and assistance with menu selection and details
- Recommendations of wedding day attire for bride, groom, and wedding party and accompaniment to the bride’s final dress fitting
- Assistance with selection of invitations, programs, reception or menu cards, place cards, calligrapher, and wedding favors
- Assistance with etiquette guidelines
- Assembly and sending of wedding invitations
- Creation of engagement and wedding announcements for newspaper
- Assistance with design of ceremony and reception decor
- Assistance with transportation needs and arrangements
- Help select vendors for hair, makeup, manicures, pedicures, spa treatments, & other services
- Assistance with selection of hotel accommodations for wedding party and guests, as well as assistance with, assembly, and delivery of unique welcome baskets for out-of-town guests
- Coordination of gift registry and assistance if necessary
- Creation of room layouts and seating chart
- Assistance with gifts for wedding party
- Meet with musician(s) to select music for ceremony
- Management of guest list, tracking of RSVPs, and making RSVP follow up calls
- Conduct a pre-rehearsal with the bride and groom at ceremony site
- Distribution of the final approved itinerary to venue, vendors, and wedding party
- Finalize and confirm with vendors the week of the wedding
“The Big Day”
If
all you need help with is your “Big Day,” then we can do that too!
After your initial consultation, we will meet together again to discuss
all of the details of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We will
be there for your rehearsal to confirm everyone knows where to stand,
when to be there, and answer any questions to make your wedding day run
smoothly. On your Big Day, we will confirm all vendors are on site,
distribute flowers, assist with photographs if necessary, direct the
ushers with seating, and coordinate all other details relating to your
ceremony. We will also assist with your Reception from introductions and
first dances to cake cutting and the bouquet toss. We will stay until
everything is cleaned up and you have left for your honeymoon!In addition to the wedding, we can help you with...
