About Us
Crevolyn Wiley and Emily Wiley
Wonderful Events & Celebrations was started by Crevolyn Wiley and Emily Wiley. Crevolyn and Emily are a mother-daughter team who love to work together! Our passion is to make your idea become a reality, plus more. We have years of experience between us planning corporate and social events. After being involved unofficially with several weddings, we fell in love with the planning that goes into that big day- adding it to our repertoire of services offered! We consider it an honor anytime we are chosen to participate in a corporate or personal event, however big or small. We would love for you to give us a call the next time you need assistance planning a “wonderful” event.
Crevolyn grew up in Illinois in the middle of corn fields and coal mines. She graduated from Southern Illinois University with a marketing degree and went on to receive her Masters in Business Administration from SIU as well. After working several years in southern Illinois, Crevolyn met her husband of 25 years who brought her to his home state of Georgia. Through the years, she worked in banking and church music in Gainesville. But the thing that brought her the most joy was raising her two amazing children, Emily and Garrett. Crevolyn has always been known as the unofficial party planner, in all aspects of her life including church events, fundraisers, school functions, bridal and baby showers, family functions, birthday parties, and the list could go on. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and family, photography, teaching bible studies, scrap booking, volunteering at the local hospital, and working on endless home projects.
Emily was raised in Gainesville, Georgia by her two wonderful parents, Darrell and Crevolyn Wiley. After graduating from high school, she attended Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia. She graduated from GC&SU with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
